HMS Student Council is planning our upcoming Pep Rally. We will be celebrating our spring athletes. Parents are welcome to attend.
Our last home basketball game will be this coming Monday, January 29th. We would love it if you would come support our Eagles as they take on Pea Ridge!
We enjoyed seeing all our students and staff again today, it was a great day! Please know that our transportation department will be running inclement weather routes again tomorrow, January 24th. Due to the freezing rain received overnight, the Huntsville School District is currently under an Ice Storm Warning. With icy roads and unsafe travel conditions expected for this morning, we have decided to cancel school for today, January 22nd. The safety of our students and staff is always our first priority.
After careful consideration and evaluation of our current road conditions, we have decided that due to the still poor road conditions and being unable to run our bus routes safely, we will not be able to have school tomorrow, Friday, January 19th. The safety of our students and staff is our top priority. Thank you!
