Parents and guardians who pick up their student after school, please park in an available parking spot or pull up past the flag pole. We are having issues with parents parking by the flag pole and waiting on their students which is causing a traffic jam. We need to keep the traffic flow happening. We cannot wait for late students because it is causing issues. Please be mindful of this as we don't need traffic out on the road which further complicates our traffic issues. Thank you.
HHS Yearbook is proud to announce that the 2022-2023 Yearbooks are here and ready for distribution! These books have been a labor of love, and are something very unique that's not been done before with moving parts. We want to thank everyone for their patience and understanding as we waited to receive these special, one of a kind yearbooks! To make this process more seamless, the best time for pick up is between 11:15-Noon and 1:-2:30 or after school. If you come to get your book at another time of the day we just ask for your patience and understanding of a possible wait time, as Mrs. Thomas is in class and our office staff is busy with their regular duties and obligations, but just know that we will get it taken care of as quick as we can. If you have bought a book already, we ask that you bring your receipt that was given to you upon purchase. If you are picking up for someone else, please be prepared to also sign. It's that time of year! Here are a few reminders for the 2024 HHS Masquerade Prom that will take place April 27th from 6-10 at Willow Brooke Farm in Hindsville. Tickets will be sold in the library during both lunches starting February 12th. Single ticket sales only. All non HHS guests must be pre-approved with Mrs. Enix and class dues must be up to date.

Due to the freezing rain received overnight, the Huntsville School District is currently under an Ice Storm Warning. With icy roads and unsafe travel conditions expected for this morning, we have decided to cancel school for today, January 22nd. The safety of our students and staff is always our first priority.
After careful consideration and evaluation of our current road conditions, we have decided that due to the still poor road conditions and being unable to run our bus routes safely, we will not be able to have school tomorrow, Friday, January 19th.
